A small device, at home or at your business, watches your cameras with artificial intelligence. It detects people, vehicles and animals wherever you say and alerts your phone within seconds, with photo and video.

How an alert reaches you

Your cameras keep working as always. Cobax receives their image over the home or company network, without going through the internet.
The device analyses several images per second and recognises people, vehicles and animals. When nothing is happening it looks less often, to use little power.
Is it inside a zone you watch? Is it watching time? Has it been there a few seconds or was it just passing? Are you at home? Only if everything matches does it carry on.
It reaches you on Telegram with the zoomed-in photo and a short video. If you like, the camera's siren sounds. And it's saved in Events to review later.
At home

Clear from the start
We'd rather you know what Cobax does and doesn't do before installing it.
- It isn't an alarm connected to a monitoring centre.Cobax alerts you, on your phone. It doesn't call the police or a monitoring centre, and it doesn't replace a certified alarm if you need one.
- Artificial intelligence can get it wrong.Very far away, in the dark without infrared or with the camera covered, it may miss someone, and now and then it will alert you unnecessarily. Zones and settings help fine-tune it.
- It needs power and internet to alert you.Without power it doesn't watch, and without internet alerts wait until it's back. If the device stops sending signals, we alert you from outside.
- The Baby and Care modes help, but they are not medical devices.They don't monitor breathing or replace adult supervision, telecare or emergency services.
- It works with IP cameras.It needs cameras with RTSP access or a USB webcam. Many cameras that only work through the manufacturer's cloud won't do: we'll confirm first.
- It's in development.Cobax already runs in trial installations and improves with every version. What you see here is what it does today.
